Thus, it is also necessary to tackle environmental degradation specifically in and through the young, at the level of causation. before they begin to compound and perpetuate the problem.  If subsequent secondary effects are dealt with exclusively in adult society, as now, then the problem cannot be resolved.

The Cure For The Common Causation
This Permanent Manifesto accordingly traces back and identifies the definitive common primary cause of Man’s two long-inherited wars. It then establishes the remedy for arresting and reversing the causal chains of negative action and reaction. The remedy is next incorporated in a comprehensive, universal Anti-Causal Schools-Programme that was submitted to UNESCO, pursuant to the 1993 Montreal World-Plan of Action; this had pleaded “in urgency and alarm” for society to be “transformed into a peaceful model.”

Called The Anti-Causal “4th R” Schools-Programme, UNESCO indicated its approval and support in June 2001, sent copies to  member-nations and said in correspondence that implementation thereof, world-wide, now depended on “the will of governments.” And it is in an endeavour to persuade the world’s governments to exercise their respective “wills” to implement The Anti-Causal “4th R nation-wide, that its vehicle, The Universal Supra-Democracy Party has been established.
 
The Party’s Permanent Manifesto finally reveals that unless its unique world-wide anti-causal educational proposals are in fact implemented - and soon – then all the Earth’s species are set to be incinerated in the mother of all mushroom clouds, preceded by the big bang to end all big bangs.

Having thus established mankind’s present fate, which has been progressively sealed in the two generations since the nuclear age began in 1945, this Manifesto shows how to arrest and reverse the threat in the one way open: at the level of common causation.

It then explains how survival can be guaranteed progressively during two generations; and finally reveals how “the man in the street,” politicians and political parties the world over can mount indispensable rescue operations.
